What our reports cannot promise
A report on Top Casino Reports is a dated record of what we found when we tested an operator. This notice explains where that record stops being reliable and what you should confirm yourself before any money changes hands. It is issued by Lorikane Content N.V., which owns and runs the site.
Part 1 — The status of a report
1.1 Each report describes an operator as we found it on the day we tested it: its entry on the Gambling Commission register, the welcome offer, the wagering rules, the cashier and the support channels we actually tried. The date shown on a report is the date of that work. It is not a promise that nothing has moved since.
1.2 A report is editorial opinion built on that test. It gives no legal, tax or financial guidance, and it does not invite you to gamble. Do not take anything here to mean that playing with a particular operator will be profitable, will suit your circumstances or will be free of problems.
1.3 Scores, star ratings and table positions summarise our judgement against a fixed list of questions. They squeeze a great deal of detail into a single figure, and two readers who care about different things could fairly rank the same operators in another order.
Part 2 — Figures that move
2.1 Bonus amounts, free-spin counts, wagering multipliers, maximum-bet rules, game weightings, withdrawal caps and processing times are set by operators and changed by them, often without warning. We revisit reports at set intervals and each time a reader flags a change, yet there will always be stretches of time when a figure on this site lags behind the operator’s own page.
2.2 If our page and the operator’s own wording differ, your account runs on the operator’s version. Before depositing, go through the operator’s full promotion rules and general terms yourself, and keep a copy or a screenshot of the version you accepted.
2.3 Return-to-player percentages in our game guides come from game studios or testing laboratories and are theoretical. They describe the long run, millions of spins deep, and tell you nothing dependable about one evening of play. A slot listed at 96% can, and regularly does, swallow a whole deposit in a few minutes.
2.4 Payment methods named in a report were available to our test account when we tried them. Operators add and withdraw methods, set minimum withdrawals and sometimes charge for particular ones, and your bank or e-wallet may add its own charges or a currency conversion. Look at the cashier page for the method you plan to use before depositing, and expect a withdrawal to go back to the method you paid in with.
Part 3 — Licences and the public register
3.1 We only report on operators that, on the day of testing, held a remote casino licence shown on the Gambling Commission’s public register. A licence can later be suspended, varied, made subject to conditions or surrendered. The register is the authoritative source and our tables are not; if an operator’s status matters to a decision you are about to make, check the register at that moment.
3.2 Holding a licence obliges an operator to follow the Commission’s rules on fair games, identity checks, safer gambling and complaints handling. It does not mean the regulator endorses a specific offer, and it does not mean every dispute will end in the player’s favour. A complaint goes to the operator before anyone else; left unresolved, it moves on to the independent dispute body the operator names in its terms.
Part 4 — Who can use what we describe
4.1 Our readership is meant to be adults aged 18 or more living in the United Kingdom. Offers may be limited by region, by payment method or by account history, and many promotions exist for new customers only. Readers outside the UK are bound by the law where they live, which may forbid what we describe.
4.2 Operators run their own age, identity and affordability checks. Seeing an offer on this site does not mean you will qualify for it, and an operator may ask for documents, cap your stakes or close an account under the conditions of its licence.
Part 5 — Links to other sites
5.1 Most outbound links lead to operators, payment services, game studios or support organisations. Follow one and you have left us for a site run by someone else, under that site’s own terms and privacy notice. We cannot answer for its content, for whether it is online or for what it does with your data.
5.2 Some of those links are commercial. How those arrangements work, and what they do and do not change, is set out on the operator fees page.
Part 6 — Errors and corrections
6.1 We are careful with every number and we still get some wrong. If you spot a mistake, write to [email protected] with the address of our page and what you saw on the operator’s site. We compare the claim with the operator’s live terms and, where we were wrong, correct the report and note when we did so.
6.2 Money from an operator cannot lift its score or make critical lines disappear. Corrections are made on evidence, whoever sends it, and a correction requested by an operator is checked in exactly the same way as one sent by a reader.
Part 7 — Limits of liability
7.1 Within the limits set by law, neither Lorikane Content N.V. nor the people who write for Top Casino Reports answer for money lost by relying on the site, by gambling with an operator it names, or because a number correct at publication has moved since.
7.2 Where the law forbids a business to shut out responsibility, this notice does not try to, and it leaves untouched the rights you hold as a consumer against an operator you have an account with.
Part 8 — When gambling stops being entertainment
Set your deposit limit first, then count whatever you deposit as money spent on a night’s entertainment, never as an investment. If you notice that you are chasing losses, keeping your play secret from family or friends, or dipping into money meant for rent and bills, stop and talk to someone. Calls to 0808 8020 133, the National Gambling Helpline, cost nothing and are answered around the clock, and signing up to GAMSTOP blocks your access to every British-licensed online gambling site at once.
Part 9 — Who stands behind this notice
Top Casino Reports is published by Lorikane Content N.V., Penstraat 35, Willemstad, Curaçao. Write to [email protected] with any question about it. This version took effect on 23 October 2026 and replaces any earlier wording.
